Shipping

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. Delivery times are the same wherever you are: 5 to 7 days once your order has been handled.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $25 shipping charge applies. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so there is no surprise at checkout.

We do not currently offer an express or next-day option. Every order goes by the same tracked service.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery then takes 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week from ordering to arrival. If we cannot ship your order within that time, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you sooner.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our Track Your Parcel page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
