- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address when you place an order, and anything you write to us through the contact form or by email.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe or PayPal on their own secure pages. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it
- to take, pack and ship your order and send you order and tracking emails;
- to answer your questions and handle returns and complaints;
- to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, where you have accepted analytics cookies;
- to prevent fraud and keep the store secure, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the services that run the store: Stripe and PayPal for payments, the couriers who deliver your order, our order database and email provider, and Google Analytics where you have given consent. The chat assistant on the site passes what you type to its provider in order to answer you. Each provider uses the information only to deliver its service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, returns and our accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing theteam@kitchenwarehouse.online. You can decline analytics cookies at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, such as California, you can exercise them the same way and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and payments are taken by the payment providers rather than on this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
